#Do you have an email list or data base of previous customers…?

If not – why not.

Your customer list is a gold mine and the best asset that your business has.

#The way to keep customers engaged and with you for the longest amount of time is to give them good stuff.

Offer some interesting content, keep them informed.

–Are you running any new offers?

–New products?

–Has anything interesting happened they might not know about ?

–You’ve got some great plans…

If it’s engaging and interesting…let them know.

#One mistake that businesses are making is NOT contacting their existing customers.

Put this on your ‘To Do’ list.

Not next week, not tomorrow…Today!

Reach out and mail your customers.

Consumers want to hear more. But (and this is important) make sure to send them something they will value – NOT just Discount codes.
